* ask to receive any of our newsletters; or
* use our Forward Article to Friend functionality.

When providing Skejo with information, a user is asked to enter their name and/or email address, and has the option to provide additional information. Their mailing address and demographic information may be required to enter contests.

How We Use the Information We Collect:

* to better understand the demographics, interests and behavior of our collective audience
* to deliver advertisements and promotions targeted to our users? interests
* to deliver prizes
* to deliver promotional information from Skejo or its sponsors provided the user opted in for these notifications.

Public Forums:

This site makes forums, downloads, articles and/or news available to its users. Please remember that any information that you choose to disclose while registering to use these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information. Skejo does not and will not sell the information collected to any third parties.

Contests:

Skejo will occassionally run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for personal information (like name, email and mailing address). This contact information is used only to get in touch with the visitor when necessary and is destroyed upon the completion of the contest.

How Your Information Is Protected:

Skejo takes reasonable precautions to protect information you transmit from loss, misuse or alteration by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect sensitive information and a series of firewalls to protect our internal systems.

There may be factors beyond the site editor's control that may result in disclosure of data. Consequently, the site editor offers no warranties or representations as regards maintenance or nondisclosure of data.
